Notes About The Poem

Terrible Karaoke

A singer whose name’s Carrie Oakey Was hoarse, sounding terribly croaky Carrie burst into tears When folks covered their ears She’s thankful her gig was just low key 10-08-17

Ha! Hilarious my friend, simply a very hilarious write! I can't sing worth a hoot, so I don't even try anymore (except for a couple of songs maybe, to my wife's chagrin)! Karaoke would certainly be something I would run away FROM, and would never subject any listener to my horrid notes and off key singing! I thought your poem to be quite splendid in its regality! I just loved reading your humorous poem this morning! Quite the fun piece, Great Work!!
