Tender Night

Beyond the walls of silence
I conquer all fear
Distinguishing the difference
I long to draw him near

The moon that hangs above
Sends out its mellow glow
The stars are merely guides
For the path that lay below

He takes me in his arms
Our hearts are on fire
Sealing our fate with a kiss
Fulfilling every desire

Soft blowing breezes
Like whispers in the wind
Wings of a dove flutter
And this love never ends

Girl....this is good, but we need to talk. How about placing some lightning into your writing? [email protected] I am not trying to put you down, your poetry is far superior to mine. I just think I could give you a few tips on things. It would be an honor. ~Gar
