Tears

Tears
       dropped
                 gently tonight.
                                    Its cheek shivered
                                                             from the cold weather's
wind. The tear shone as it softly
glided down its eye's hill; To show
those who hurt its dear friend; it's body's
heart..Tonight, the tear shall glow to be the mirror
of those who threw harsh words to its ears
To show them how careless they are to...
Destroy a smile that once was spread
when the eye saw them. Now, they
                                     are worthless and don't deserve
                 any of those smiles..From now
the eye shall never look back
for they don't deserve a glance..
      Never weakness
                 only to show pain
                                      ....
                                         ...
                                           ..
                                             .

yeah never to look back is right but you can always learn from any eveent in life is what i heard as a child, painful poems are the back bones of life, how must oneunload of the burdens which pile on our souls through the years. pray too, but even the old testiment yields poets.

Wow...this was incredibly sad, and the form just perfectly describes the emotional road....and yes....not to look back is the way to survive. ~ Carrie
