Tear Jerker

TEAR JERKER when he wouldn’t eat i knew something was wrong and those helpless eyes as though he wanted to tell me he needed help but no voice when i met those eyes something old as creation communication burned across primordial fires transcending species gender “though I love you friend though I know that you love me it is time to leave talk very kindly to me whispering patting my head” ………………………………………….. This in remembering all our animal friends that have gone over the last nearly 60 years

So nicely written tribute to our once animals, Dave! I can feel with you havin lost so many lovely animals in my life. Great your story about Simon Goldberg. Yes, the craziness was that many of those SS-men were well educated and art lovers but they were slayers and cruel...Thank you for your kind comments. Love, Gert

A fine tribute to our animal friends, Daver. These writes give the reader a glimpse of your kind a generous heart. Getting a new pet, never takes anything away from the ones before. This is a mind spring..be well, keep happy..Mikki

back to your lovely tear jerker here, Daver. Yes, BYU is the only BIG school I know of in the nation with such high stancards of a moral code. Maybe there are a few other Christian universities very strict as well. but most are appallingly lax.

They do "talk" with their eyes, you are so right. Your tender hearted poem says so much about your character. Well done! Gwendolen

So tenderly written, Daver. I do hate it when a pet won't eat. It's always a bad sign. Know how much you love your adoptees, so there were probably many kitties in your mind when you wrote this. Very touching, dear friend. Love, Carolyn
