Taxes

Now is the hour.
I have to pay my taxes.
But why?
Everything I buy has a tax on it.
Isn't that enough?
What does our government
do with the tax money?
They waste it for their own pleasure,
leaving us to starve,
or sleep out in the cold.
I call that greed.
Why must we have
Income Tax,
State Tax,
Sales Tax?
Property Tax?
The government wants
to take away our Social Security?
What we need is a good
old fashioned revolution.
We should be working for ourselves,
not the government.
