I have only six lines here to recount of a peaceful late summer day driving near Barnstable in

Devon I came down a curved road grade, below and to the left lay an old large white timbered cottage to its left a good sized pond with 2/3 willows it was a cottage buisness doing good

Meals and cream teas.'  A man sat playing peacefully tunes on the piano, one duck rested on

The instrument and more lay under and around it.' The cream tea was sumptuous, and the

Memory lingers.'

Memory

The crack of a twig..' Some snickers, there's natter.' Double cream underJam with seeds; just homely feeds.' A duck on a piano, under willow fronds in Devon; England.'
