Interesting write...The earth is trembling now I am sure because of what is happening in the Gulf...Everyone on earth will be effected in one way or another from this oil that is being allowed to keep spilling from the depths of the earth into the environment ....Great idea...The first language is German?...The last language is Spanish?...Sara

There could be many interpretations of this thought-provoking haiku, Gert. The drums make me think of war, but the first line had me thinking about earthquakes. Awesome write! Love, Carolyn
