Tanka X

Springtime forgotten
Clouds release winter memories
While gale force winds
Uproot sunshine desires
Like shallow rooted trees

Hello Scott. Your entry is timely as Winter is not over yet. Perhaps more snow tomorrow night. Your words are well executed with much imagery. Well done
