Talking To the Trees

The seasons change with time,
picture mother nature
as a fashion designer
who can't make up her mind.
Talking to the trees:
Ok, everyone, everyone,
fashions for fall.
Green is no longer in,
let's try red.
yellow.
and brown.
Oh, never mind
let everything
fall to the ground.
I know!
Why don't I let you trees go bare?
you’re not bashful,
it’s not like you need underwear.

Thanks for making me smile. I loved the way you humanized trees, making me see them in a different light. Nice!
