Taking a Break
Dear friends , I just want to let you know that after seven years on poetrysoup, I feel its the right.time for me to take a break.I do not know if its going to be a short one ,or a long one. I thought I ' d let you know, so if you don't see my supporting comments on your poems and blogs, you will know I didn't abandon you, but its just not being here on poetrysoup anymore. I will miss you all, and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.Please , do keep me in yours. I tried to think of something beautiful to write for you before I take my break, but my muse isn't helping so I picked two lines from a poem I 've written in the past , and I will post them below.I do wish you all to keep writing plenty of poetry, to keep building a community and not just another poetry site, to have fun on here, and just be happy you have.this opportunity to be here, to meet people from all over the globe , to share what you love doing most-Writing. That is the kind of journey I always tried to have here. Don't feel offended if I don' t reply to your comments.My notifications are off....And guess I'll be off soon too . Take care, be kind to eachother because life is too short .Use your mind , heart ,and soul , lovingly.Use your amazing talent wisely.
