Tag, Tag Your It

Tag, tag you are it.

In the most oddest way
I feel not much to say
The cat got's my tongue
On this tag game, you called on me to play

In the poetry world, I have not gotten far
Always locked in this mind behind a bar.
On my first day released
I join the soup.
Only to find out my mind is wild like a beast

My sister invited me to play
Release my imagination
What a trip, this place is perfect and full of inspiration
I can take the mind to outer space
Write about an inner place
The beauty of poetry comes with or without a face
To some, this can be just a phase
I hit my home run, joining this group.

Inside, I always felt a person split in two
Setting free the prisoner
Read em' and weep, the Destroyer
Is making a name in this place
Eating my (WORDS.)
From the first poem, I posted with a quote
     "I am no Poet!"
Now I swallow my lines to say.
     "I am a Poet!"

The cat has not got your tongue- you know more than the Cheshrire Cat, and say it with ease- sorry I don't comment much on your cool writes but free verse and slam are like oil n vinegar in my dyslexic mind. I would really enjoy it if you would do one one the Simon and Garfunkel contest- you have a beautiful mind
