Symphony

Clarity of emotion,
Through sweet sounds,
And soft songs.
A bold statement,
Rising to the podium,
Playing their lovely tunes.
The curtains rise,
As does the music,
Flowing through the stage.
As you walk up,
To that point of gold,
That podium of security.
Your voice is heard,
Through the small town,
Even to little Dreary Lane.
And as those soft sounds,
And loud trumpets come to close,
The audiences rises.
You have implored them,
Inspired them,
To join with you for crumpets and tea.
Because after that sensation,
Of words and sounds,
Who would not care to reach for the stars,
And join in this,
The glorious symphony.
