Sweet Sweet Surrender
A kaleidoscope of colors underneath and moonlit night, my sweet oh sweet flame
Surrenders to the touch of night.
My hand reaches as for the Broken.
My soul yearns to fix their bleeding hearts.
But first as fleeting as a shadow I must numb
This dull pain that's taken up a solidarity
Existence with my soul
Looking for its sweet, oh sweet surrender.
I will find my sweet release beneath the moon and stars. As all children of the night do.
My sweet surrender will be better I whispered to the night ready to learn to love again.
