Suzanne
We sleep in the same bed
but we were apart
was it the age difference
or that you lived in Beckenham
you told me of your addictions
tobacco and wine
You seemingly had no friends
just access to your Dads Midlands Account
I was in the long line
of your suitors
your father said
who is this new fellow?
I needed survival,
why share n your lost dreams?,
skirting between London
and a London bed sit
you must have been lonely
why take my hand ?
to lead me in your one and only
bad land.
You increased my gloom
I had to partir
you made some wounding repartee
