Surfer Chick

He never stopped preaching
About the color of my hair
So I kept right on bleaching
and now there's nothing there

Very witty and funny poem, Sharon. This one resonates still ... six years later. Your girl has good legs, though no hair. Love this poem a whole lot. Sharp pen you wield. Love and peace to you.

Hi Sharon. thanks for the visit. Funny how men and women write the same except for we blame women and you blame men. Either way, this is a great take on the subject and very witty. Best of luck in the contest. Eamon

This made me smile and remind me of an old school friend. Never did use much bleach myself due to allergies. Cute one. God Bless Phyl

I love this one. Why? Because I nearly lost my hair for overbleaching it.That is why I had to cut it off and wear the wig that I mentioned in MY chastushka!! hahaha. LUv, Andrea
