Sunny Glitter

In midst of winter cold
Longing for sunny rays
A few minutes
Here and there
Between clouds
Or rare clear days
Just can’t get enough

Hints of glitter 
Brimming with life
Glowing with vitality 
So dear to us
Making everything
Look buoyantly optimistic
And gilded precious
