As summer dreams dive into certain sorrows of the sun, A brilliant indifference burns inside our season's song. Fast fading, the Sundown of a fire wrapped truth sputters into endless night . The ebb and flow.......... the undertow................ there on the ocean's floor, The ambiance, the glare,the glance, of lovers bored with love. Like seashell dreams.......... tossed up beyond the tide and not retrieved......... We leave................ Our ride across the summer sky is done, A faint corona clinging to your tongue, The trappings of our joys fade to Fall, and through it all................ the Sun.
