Placed Third in:  Summer Funny Limerick Poetry Contest of Tannia Kitchin

The toads were happy that the load fell down - It gave them freedom to roam round the town - The folk were aghast - The toads had a blast - And left the town’s ground a yellowish brown…… Beryl

A nice limerick my friend as continuation of the preceding one. Unfortunately the contest had set rules of its own. Wishing you a delightful weekend.
