Summer, and the sunglow hours are creeping, so slowly by with red ruby treasures, waiting placidly, all day in the sky But, twilight finally ends, with the perfume of black blooms

But the memory lives on through the dark times for those of us who are up before noon. Of course it helps if parents help their teenagers find a reason to get out of bed. Good poetry always worth a look. Take care David in NZ

Such a wonderful description of the changing season and the enfolding night~ I find the night comforting, resting, and an oasis for quiet, undisturbed writing (thought). Beautiful write my friend.
