Such Tragic Broken Things

Fragments of a mirror lay
on the floor
   and looking upon them
         I SEE
fragments
    ...of myself.
 s m t i g
   o e h n

i can't
put back TOGETHER.

who could LOVE
something so tragically
    b - r - o - k - e - n?

just put me
                                           aside
you've killed me
b - r - o - k - e - n
   ALONE
cold
   defenseless
what
WHAT HAVE I BECOME

I AM as b - r - o - k - e - n
as the m
             i
               r
                 r
                   o
                      r
I'm SHARDS
of ________ [NOTHING]
in the everafter.
