Stretch To the Sky
As the morning ray's filters in your room, stretch with
open hearts.
Waking to the newness of another day is the evidence
of the opportunity for goodness.
Let the harshness of yesterday's storms be as a ancient
archived memory.
Allow the light to stimulate the mind to courageously
see the beauty in the height of tree branches. the
melody of a bird's song and the richness of soil.
Wipe the invisible stain of unshed tears of iunjust cruelty
to chose to still be a loving human being.
Living in the persistent air of growth in knowledge and
compationate understanding of yourself and
others. step.
Reach around to embrace both outward and inward
deep scars of survival.
Looking to the sky gives unlimited resources to inspire
to, be comforted by. reach out to others .and
never to give up the walk.
