Strength to Ember

Written: June 8, 2025, for contest Sponsored by: Joseph May Checked by HMS.COM ***************** An elephant roamed with great might, Its footsteps would shake day and night. Yet time took its toll, Turned flesh into coal, Now, fuel a world bathed in light.

SP, cute indeed. The formation of fossil fuel. We've used it to build an industrial era and hopefully we'll transition to renewables quickly. Hope you are climate controlled properly and comfortable! Smiles!!

This is indeed a lovely limerick. Quite true too. In time, we do not know what will happen to us. So the mighty elephant got turned into fuel. All the best dear friend.
