I’ll give him ‘Slyly’… in the shape of a slingshot! I’ve got 24 strawberry plants and this year… I got about that many strawberries. Ha ha… truth. However, I do love strawberries… and for my sins I love those little red acrobats (we get the red squirrels here). Smashing haiku, Linda

LOL Terry. It's trouble enough trying to keep them out of the bird feeders here. Strawberries have a hard go of it because of the intense heat. With your crop, you should have lots of jam and rhubarb pies! :)

Oh my two of my favourite things here "strawberries" And "squirrels" A beautifully written haiku with alliterative magic! I didn't know squirrels are fond of strawberries, a very lovely one dear, enjoyed reading this :)
