You are so right David but unfortunately there are those that have an ulterior motive for doing so, maybe they want someone to feel under obligation but thank goodness there are more honest people than not, who will always put themselves out in order to help others. Oh you are so right Jennifer, the ulterior motive ones are not always apparent at first glance, but they usually show their true colours through passive aggression, purposely ignoring you etc, until they want to use you for their own benefit, thank you for pointing that out, cheers David
