Stop Crying, Poetess

Twas no use…neither to love, nor care, She wept, as briskly out the door, he went. That thunderous night, crashing bolts of lightning from God’s tent were with His love sent But she heard Him naught, just in rhe flashes of electrical blue light, wept and stared! Like other women, she thought love lasted and men were faithful for all time. You will read many a write like that here. Crying women, so afraid, that without that “one” man, they have life to fear. It is but a hapless case of a lying cuss. Who lied, so stop the tears, life’s sun is out! 1/29/202

Hurrah, just write! Knock off the adolescent scent I find here.,stop , the grouoiness. And the intense Madness for a trophy, be who you really are, bold.as all get out. Stop the saccharine comments, Who wants to be part of the pack? Easy. . Check the contests and community boards, Panagiota. Some with the least poems are best. Numbers do not a great poet make. This reminds me when reading of 'Don't cry for me Argentina' My favourite version, by Julie Covington. So many of our animal friends mate for life. yet the human race, where a third party we dont need, spoils everything, but yes we need to move on, as your poem indicates. Love what you have written here, yes one hell of a powerful poem...Harry

Women, stop , crying! Life is rich and varied. The sun is out! Your poet “friends” who left you. Great! There are 30,000 writers here, stop whining over poet friends who morphed into poet foes. Hello Panagiota, yes I agree that more men are unfaithful to their wives. It is not right when a wife is faithful to her husband and he is not to her. That is not fair to her. This means she does not trust him. in a marriage there is suppose to be trust . Trust is gone when one partnerr cheats. Hugs. /Darlene/ xxx

Dearest Darlene! More men are unfaithful than you can imagine. They want sexual satisfaction above morality. PS. Women are not saints either.no way! They just don’t brag about it. I agree. You just collapsed half the civilized world's economy. Such tears are: weight loss clinics, gyms, makeup, all Western music, most of motion pictures (violence the remainder), dime-store paperback novels, a large percentage of lawyers would have to get real jobs...etc. etc. etc. etc. etc..... Etc! Little need for mental health therapists, far fewer suicide prevention hot lines. Etc!

Hello, my Prince. (Sorry, had MD appt.) I just was talking about women here. Bleary, teary eyed, their life is over, etc, because they made the error of trusting the wrong man. It’s adolescent but I know a lot who fall for creepy dudes. There are loving, good men.Women need to let go, move on and be vulnerable, read my last line.again.
