Good grief! We all know what plagarism is.

If we steal a poem on-line, and claim it as our own.....

We just  broke copyright laws.

Poetry Soup has supports any infringement 

against such rules.(sic. US Laws)

I suggest you remove ALL such Poetry, like NOW?

Better be yourself than steal others work.

We all..struggle and strive to be our best.

Don't get bounced off the soup!

I've had many dozens of my poems stolen and claimed by others over these last 6 years. Such people have no honor, and quite likely had no measurable writing talents themselves. Thank you for noting this recent culprit..

Sorry to hear of that happening to you. Even worse, a Hijacked poem on the BEST list? I see that as a stab in the back to each poet here, who really pens their own words. Many do not care. Same to me as stealing and murder of other soulful Poets. I might as well hijack a somnet of the Bard? Hardly. You are welcome...Panagiota

It will stop! Thieves get caught. Just look at anyone's poetry, they don't suddenly become Shakespeare or have magical skills. You can find the real poet via a search engine.))) Meanwhile, let's us all be honest. I enjoy being part of this great place. Panagiota xxx

I doubt it will stop. Be careful you don't get sucked into majestical poems. I don't know the reasons people do thing I know quite well..people can change and be forgiven Panagiota xxx

At moments like this I reflect on the theory that states that...if you place an infinite number of monkeys at an infinite number of keyboards they will eventually write all the great works......HEY...IT'S JUST A THEORY.....
