Still, I am fine

Time flies so fast, and so do I, Never knowing what happiness is Yet I search for eternal places— Still, I am fine. Those who nurse a grudge And Inflict their pain on me. Never knowing what beauty is Yet I search for eternal places— Still, I am fine. But I pause to watch The dance of flowers, To hear the chirping of birds, The murmuring of leaves. I choose the path less discussed, Less drastic, less adventurous, So, I am destined to failure Yet I search for eternal places— Still, I am fine.
