The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Still Holding On

Still holding on to what I’ve lost
Still holding on to what was lost
Trying to move forward
But still the taste of tears scurry form my sight
My vision was clear
Now it’s all haze

Still gave my best
But now still I’m stressed
Holding on now to depress
My heart is sadden by such sudden grieve
My emotion now will never be free

My grasp of your love is tenderly gone
Gone hopefully not permanently still
Still holding on
On holding still
