stars of clarity

what is clear when the fog clears,
the fog that makes you tipsy,
      the dizzy feeling of falling…

there are stars of the past,
   the fallen angels -
      we don’t call them angels.

no longer the cherubs.
   stars of clarity -
      amazing.

ebon sky fills the mind.
   wisdom of the ages,
      I find.

those sparkling creations -
   clarifying, cleansing
      diamonds glitch.

the ring,
   no longer petrified,
      but razzle dazzling.

of what I speak of:
the time you held my hand
      and we tarried

under the tent
   of darkness and light,
      targeted

our future -
   it was the brightest white.
      a bazillion stars

filled the horizon
   aliens landed…
      I imagined.

stars of clarity outreach -
   they preach a sermon.
      it is deep.

This is so deep and so beautiful, flow of your imagery and depth of what you’ve expressed here is beyond stunning. I love how descriptive it is and the ending especially stood out for me as well as “ there are stars of the past the fallen angels - we don’t call them angels.” Deep! “ the time you held my hand and we tarried-under the tent of darkness and light” creative! Loved reading this. Congratulations on your win.
