Stardust on Autumn Leaves

I love this time of the year,
when days get much cooler.
Autumn leaves put on pretty coats,
coats of red, orange and gold.
At night stardust sprinkles down,
making the autumn leaves glisten.
Autumn is a magical time,
but it will not last very long.

A lovely write, Paula. You made me see and feel this precious seasonshere zI live in California, it is like magic. It is forever green, few trees change clolor, raking is rare. Some trees change colorsa tad. But no tree loses all its leaves, I loathed trees in winter in Chicago. Barren of beauty. Yuck. No snow here. But one can drive to Nevada to see snow. Hud, Pangie xx

I agree with you. I love Autumn, but in Malta it is so short. We are almost in the long winter.
