Stands Still Sentinel
Night may be dark or moon-lit
Weather be mild or miserable
Gentle breeze soothes or storms dance,
Lone Lighthouse stands still sentinel.
Sea waves turn terrifying turbulent
Sky is covered with dense dark cloud-veil
Lightning dazzles,flashes, thunder bolts roar.
Fearless Lighthouse stands still sentinel.
Whirling wind spread dreadful devastating dust
Violent vortex threatens ships on sail.
Vigorous cyclone may thrash any moment
Tireless light house stands still sentinel.
Lighthouse sends intermittent beams alarming vessels.
Strong forceful storms chase showers in hail.
Topsy-turvy billowy ocean grows outrageous
Dauntless Lighthouse stands still sentinel.
