Squid

Tubes of the freshest cleaned squid
                                          Marinated in
                                Garlic, oil and lemon juice
                                   Sprinkled with parsley
                                      In a basket, grill
                                        Five minutes
                                            Squid


My families favorite appetizer~it is delectable! note: use minced garlic and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Now my Sicilian grandmothers would get along good with you, seafood their specialty. My grandfather use to walk the bottom of the Mediterranean in that big divers helmet, and with a rake gathering up sponges. They were hard workers in the sun and sea.
