Sprouting Seed

I was thrown into an unknown land
Shrunken life showed me thrills;
Instant dryness drowned my will,
I went spotless under the earthly pills.

I couldn't breathe, as I am smothered,
I cried in pain no one bothered;
My cries drenched me with water,
Why my little life is beaten as a batter?

I tried to come out from the shell,
Am I the one who was drenched in a well?
I broke my hard shell, It is a hell
As a sprouting seed, I hear a jingle bell!

There has got to be a story behind the jingle bell ending SS. You have me intrigued. I sense pain mingled with traces of hope in your words. Blessings xxoo
