Spring's Awakening

fierce and restless winds howl throughout the silent dawn rouses sleeping plants ~*~ Note: Observing the limbs of huge oaks and elms, like miniature plants shake and sway in high winds these past couple of days while experiencing 72 degree weather, delivered this message so loud, I just couldn't resist writing about it

Well written Haiku, Annalise! One of my good German friends living on Efate (Port Vila, Vanuatu) just escaped Cyclone Atu happily. A perfect write! And thank you for your kind comment on the "Stupid Fly" that fly for sure had a buzz on when flying away...Hahaha!...Have a nice week ahead!...Gert:)

Nice haiku 5-7-5. I hope you and yours are well. I go to readings quite frequently - they have them every day in NYC. Have you seen the King' Speech? It was an interesting movie. I saw Unknown today - didn't like it that much. There is a movie out called Poetry(!). I am going to see that even if I have to go by myself. A while back I saw "Howl" with James Franco as the lead. Peace

Awesome image, Annalise. The weather is so unpredictable in February and March, just when we think spring has arrived, here comes winter with one last blast of chilling winds. Love you, Carolyn

Smile* ~ Those, who's very existence lie within, "The Palms of 'His Neverending Hands.'" ~ They, standing at the cliffs edge unto, their eternal place of perhaps, finalities Moment??? ~ Smile,* you see what, Again, such a shortened verse can bring about within the viewers astonished minds, sometimes, "My Dear, 'Precious & Lovely, Annalise Brigham!!!'" ~ Thanks for the reflections and, I hope that, "Your Beauty," is doing wonderfully my dear ~ "Love, 'Always,'" John!:) ~

Smile* ~ "Yes," this poe causes myself to consider, "The Great, 'I Am!!!'" ~ The One whom can command nature itself and also Is, the "All Consuming 'Flame of Fire,'" with, no pretentiousness amid "His Glorious & 'Absloute Truths!!!'" ~ Such as those want to be curiosities found often within the 'I Wish I Could Be,' certain types of, "His Majesties," creations across these spectrums of All time ~ Cont:)
