Spring's Arrival
The scent and breath of life the Spring has spun
To hang upon the Winter's chilly ground
And lay a morning's mist beneath the sun
While birds of Spring sing out with vibrant sound
Warmed by the sun's wondrous glorious light
The seeds of flowers sprout towards a sky of blue
And limbs grow leaves on trees, a shades delight
The fragrant scent of Spring is found anew
The skies of Spring will soon begin to weep
Give new life to the season's timeless pause
When life will rise again from Winter's sleep
The Spring will take a bow without applause
As warmer days and nights come into view
Listen, as the songbirds sing out their tune
