Notes About The Poem

Spring and Winter

 
Spring is coming and so are many bugs,
pollen allergies will be on the rise;
your sneezing and watery eyes means drugs,
there will be days of raining in the skies.

Some days hot and some cool- oh, what to wear?
Driving involves avoiding the pot holes;
time to maintain and work your garden square,
everywhere there are crowds of eager souls.

Winter looks beautiful and magical,
walks in the snow so fresh and uplifting;
the snowflakes and icicles fanciful,
there is inspiration in snow drifting.

Love playing in snow and hot chocolate,
spring is ... pause it, enjoy it, and pause it!
