Spenserian Stanza: Summer Thunder

Heat hovers in the violet evening veil, Adorned by she whose violent eyes glow white. As static from her nimbus iris hails, Ionic bolts of plasmic sound and light Reveal sights of what’s hiding in the night. Such nonce electric shocks across the sky, Which tear the air with bolts of dynamite, ‘Tis but bitter breath blown from but a sigh, Heaved from the bifrost ‘fore an Asgardian eye. 6/21/18
