Scintillating snowflakes floating gently to the ground Painting the landscape white, they don’t make a sound Every single shimmering snowflake has a unique design Catch them on your gloves and hands, they look so divine Transforming our world to a winter wonderland Aesthetically pleasing, our gardens look so grand Children build huge snowmen; they have so much fun Until the snow begins to melt beneath the winter sun Lovely soft snowflakes swirling are a glorious sight All around us our surroundings turn a wintry white Real beauty captivates our eyes in our wonderful world Contest: Spectacular acrostic Sponsor: John Hamilton 16th January 2015

A brilliant acrostic on that white carpet known as snow. As you probably know by now Mary and i do Love the snow so i was drawn in by the name of your piece. I was not disappointed in the write at all, it is an excellently, well thought out piece of poetry. The poetry is still singing Jan. Hugs....Vladislav. XX. Has to be a seven Jan and a fave.
