Soul Dancer

Soul Dancer

Yes, you are my soul dancer
My moonlight prancer,
My forever rippling brook,
Whose heart you quietly took!

I feel you in my arms right now
With me..kissing your Greek brow.
Right here on the couch~
And too in love, to slouch.

Let's have our Moussaka for dinner
We don't have to fret about being thinner
For we are both forever young
And for that, there is an eternal song

Panagiota Romios April 4, 2023 at 9:31 AM RJ~ there are people here, longer than I. In retrospect, I think I was too prolific. Quantity is not quality. Nor will I create poetry forms. I don’t even know meter or feet. Basics of good poetry.writing ….two liners, one liners, is not for me. Though couplets, I find can be beautiful. Listen to you Fav poets on you tube, read your poetry aloud, after you write it, before you post. Poetry is not sentences on paper. Plenty of that here.yikes Huggs, Pangie xo
