Sonnet of Your Ways

Sonnet of Your Ways
by Jason Williams

Oh, how your silvery voice so divine
Flutters and dances and wanders to me
Like harp strings when plucked, its music does shine
Enraptures my soul with its melody

Oh, how your touch comforts my weariness
A master at work, I give you your due
Whether cuddle, embrace, stroke or caress
I'm clay in your hands, you sculpt me anew

Oh, how your gaze always brightens my day
A gleaming flicker from where your heart lies
creeps to the surface and flashes my way
Beauty behold of the light in your eyes

I love your sweet voice, smooth touch and bright gaze
And all the ways your love sets me ablaze
