Some Time With a Friend

Right from the start, an image of self emerges— growing from within— that whispers who we are. A lonely sense of being and of knowing just what we mean to ourselves. and to precious others. And, listening, we realize that the nature of existence lies in the connectedness of things. And if we remain curious, we can touch the fabric of creation that connects us with the source. Then go and spend some worthwhile time with a treasured friend.

Good to see you again, Mark. As plainly as this piece is written, its pointedness is overlayed with very deft and well weighted expression. It all adds up to a very approachable place to be. Very good write, my friend.

Lawrence, thank you, my friend. Your comments are better than my poetry.
