Whoa!! Very expressive and creative work about a broken relationship. It takes two to make a relationship and two to keep it together. Sometimes one just won't do at all just wants to move on. Thanks for your considerate comment on my pose work. Congrats on this winner. Sara

Brian, congratulations on your win in Craig's contest. These are hard hitting, gut punching lines describing the raw emotions of brokeness and regret. I really like the picture of hope that peeks through "the garden of decay." Really nice ray of hope. Blessings.

I understand that sense of a poem not being finished or being just a little off of what we want and wanting to re-work it. Have done that many times. For me it is a continued process of thematic exploration and new personal perspectives. Let me know if you re-work Solo. Would love to read it. And, once again I did enjoy the first edition! All the best. Sam

Greetings Sam, Thank you for your supportive remarks. I am still uncomfortable with Solo + may re work it. The premise of hope in finding another to heal brokenness from a failed relationship is commonplace wishing + perhaps misplaced. However, I am heartened by your note Sam. Be well. Best wishes, Brian
