Solid Food

As we mature in the Lord We stop drinking milk And start eating solid food In the Lord We begin to recognize The difference between Good and evil Right and wrong Becoming fully age In the Lord If you say you don’t need the Lord You are a child or a Fool Walking in the shadow of death As an Ostriches With your head buried in the sand Leaving your rear end in the air Without any cautious or care Solid Food you share Letting others know That God truly there And have ears to hear Letting us know He really cares

We have much to say about this, but it is hard to make it clear to you because you no longer try to understand. In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.

Thank you for your reply. We all must continue to grow in the Lord, "...being heirs--heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may be also glorified together." (Romans 8:17)

Hebrews 5 11-14. So sad still the same today, churches in n a whole adapting to satisfy the world, just wanting people thinking they are good just by going to church and never getting to know God in depth
