Notes About The Poem

Soft Zephyr

Susurrus...
             Of the soothing breeze is food
                   For my heart and soul! 
         Tintinnabulations of joy resounding! 

   "Zing!" the string of my pleased heart goes 
   Every time colorful confetti of Autumn leaves
    Pirouette down from trees and fall atop my
  Head. I walk through woods of gold, happily. 
 Year's almost done, yet I wish Autumn lingers;
     Refreshing zephyr winnowing dry foliage.
