~ let the memories be your hymns - new life is music ~
                                                                              quote by poet

                 A humble lamp shone
in the folds of the night
                 After winter evaporated
                 and spring slowly returned
                 - soft

                 I appeared speechless
                 could hardly breathe
                 but gathered sight and sound
                 - soft

The newborn lamb lifts its head,
                tired ... with curly fur
With mother's care and crystal water
Kisses on the cheeks and eyelids
as the rainbow on the white clouds
                - soft

A little trembling soft lamb was born
barely bigger than a spot on our earth
This morning the cold earth broke
               - it's spring ... wonderfully soft

Dear Anne, the gentle arrival of spring is aptly compared to the birth of a small lamb. It's fleecy fur and limbs are so soft. The recurring motif ' soft' adds to the effect of the poem. All the best dear friend. Love and hugs!

Your picture is so remarkable, Anne-Lise. I particularly appreciate the deliberate use of the term "soft" as a recurring motif, which serves to accentuate the exquisite allure of the current season and the endearing nature of the lamb.

Dear Anne-Lise, Your poem is a delicate concert of nature's renewal, where memories intertwine with the melody of new beginnings. Through your verses, you create a serene picture of spring's gentle arrival, evoking emotions of awe and tenderness. Your words are like a soothing melody, showing me how to cherish memories as hymns and embrace the softness of new life's music. This is a beautiful ode to the wonders of nature. - Blessing, Daniel

So sweet and precious, 'barely bigger than a spot on the earth', and yet more precious and important than anything in the world to his mama. How gentle, soft, precious and sweet. I love this beautiful gem.
