So Old (Lyrics)

As the years go by I’ve never felt so old Never has a heated debate with you Seemed so cold I cry in the mirror To see how it feels To be the only one kicked on the ground Or left scrounging meals. Snow flurries in Februrary Like a cold month should Yet the flames of the fire Melt away all it could The fire burns I grow so old Never has a heated debate been so cold Look at the mirror At the face in the glass Never has a loving face become so crass Look out the window Torn to shreds Look at the flurries Floating dread Floating to nothing and how does it feel? To be a lone watcher Cold as ice steel And angry as lightning
