So Long, Maradona

                    Full name...
      Diego Armando Maradona
          He was to Argentina
        what Pele was to Brazil.
            A household name.
            A pop-culture icon.
    A beloved global phenomenon.
           One of the greatest
           and most influential
        soccer players of all time.
        Billions grew up with him.
   Millions admired him and still do,
   Soccer players wanted to be him
              and play like him.
       Boy, did he make his mark
                  in this world!
        What a life! What a legacy!
    Gone but never will be forgotten.
               So long, Maradona
     Many thanks for the memories!
