Notes About The Poem

Snowfall Serenity

The falling snow looks so serene

     as fragile flakes, unbroken, clean

diffuse the air and cloak the trees-

now standing still, devoid of breeze.

As all is quiet, peaceful, calm-

the snowfall spreads its magic balm

to soothe the autumn's barren blight-

with tranquil bliss of fluffy white.

So calming, Sandra. This is going to be a tight contest because all the entries I have read (so far) have been first-class. Superb writing!
