When I was a kid we watched with hearts aglow and Snow White’s skin was ever white as snow. But all bossy and meaner Snow White is now Latina and heigh-ho heigh-ho it’s off to smirk they go! Well the folks at Disney have changed it all since and real dwarfs too offensive they try to convince. Virtue signalling I see that toxic masculinity so sadly there’ll be no more kiss from a prince! Written: March 2025 Walt would be turning in his grave!

You know how I like to look on the bright side. And with this, the bright side is that you didn't use 'Asian girl'. That would have resulted in some serious friendly fire. Anyway, I like your poem.

And I am an Irish-German-Greek-American. In place of Asian-American or African-American, maybe better to use the county instead of the continent. And Tommy, please be careful with the woke kool-aid, that stuff can kill you twice (Galatians 3:28“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.”).

I hate that term “African-American”. What does it even mean? Elon Musk and Charlize Theron are African-Americans, not people of a certain skin tone born in America like their many generations before them. Does your wife refer to herself as Asian American? I know I don’t refer to myself as European Australian. And no, Snow White can’t be black or Asian or Arab or Greek - they have their own tales to tell. They scream when we appropriate from them so what’s good for the goose.

My wife is a beautiful "Asian girl" and there are many Asian actresses who would make a fine Snow White, as well as many Greek women, African-American, Arab, etc etc etc

Did not know about the evil queen recasting. The woke is Romans 1:28 - “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind......" Disney drowned in the Kool-Aid. Discernment is a gift just like faith, and it is good that you stand up against the BS.

Hi there you old horse thief. Have you come over to the dark side? Lucky for me they didn’t go with an Asian gal or I’d be Swiss cheese. It’s not lost on me either that Disney cast a Jewish gal to be the evil queen and a woke vile hater as Snow White. Disney will never get one cent from me.

Lots, if not most, agree with these sentiments but are too afraid to voice their opinions which I both understand and resent. I don’t know where Tommy’s political loyalties lie nor do I much care. Everyone gets a second chance with me. Have a safe trip.

Sometimes I don't understand you. The story is for all mankind, not just white folk. Many don't like the updated version, but making a racial slur just doesn't feel Christian Keefer

While the word "Latina" is not in itself offensive the tone of your write is decidedly derisive. It's just a movie folks. It'll stand or fall on its own merit
