Snoozeville

Diddle, diddle, dumpling, Rex, the dog, 
Sleeping soundly in unconscious fog - 
You can read about it on my cat blog -
Diddle, diddle, dumpling, that dumb dog.

Hey, doodle-deedle, so it began - 
The postman and me - the cat! - hatched a plan - 
Ambien added to a dog food can -
Ol' Rex is headed for Snoozeville, man.
